I do offer a sliding scale, and I accept some insurance plans (Premera Blue Cross, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, and Oscar Health) via Headway.

Individual Therapy
Therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes long, currently scheduled via video or phone. Telehealth therapy is available to all residents of WA state. Limited sliding scale options. Free 30 minute introductory consultation available for prospective new clients.
$125 per session
Life/Soul Coaching
Coaching sessions are 60-75 minutes long, currently scheduled via video or phone. Life/soul coaching is available to clients anywhere in the world. Limited sliding scale options available (please inquire).
$125 per session
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy sessions are 2 hours in length, scheduled by video or phone. This includes time to check in and set intention for your trance work, as well as time to process afterwards. Free 30 minute introductory consultation available for prospective new clients.
$250 per session
